A birdy afternoon

Look carefully and you’ll see not one, but two flying crows on the window of Mimco in the Block Arcade, Melbourne. It’s a bit like Where’s Wally but less tiresome. I spotted these on the weekend when I was walking back to my bike near Lonsdale Street via Flinders Lane. How does that work? It’s called a frivolous detour.

And on the same circuitous route back to my bike via Bourke Street, I walked past this bloke having a Bird Moment of his own.

arwen! that is the smoke zone. i had a discussion with the gentlemen in there today about evolution. and that bird bit me once.

  2. It did seem a bit vicious. It reminded me of my uncle and aunt’s pet galah Ozzie who spent most of his life in a cage with nothing much to look at. Oh, what larks…
